# CloudPick Docs

CloudPick은 **멀티클라우드 환경에서 올바른 의사결정을 내리기 위한 벤더 중립 가이드**입니다.

멀티클라우드를 기본값으로 권장하지 않습니다. 단일 벤더, 하이브리드, 멀티클라우드는 각각의 비용과 책임이 있으며, 워크로드와 조직 상황에 따라 선택해야 합니다. 온프레미스와 망분리 중심 운영이 왜 필요했는지 이해하고, 현대 환경에서 통제 방식을 어떻게 확장할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

각 벤더의 공식 문서는 자기 서비스만 설명합니다. CloudPick은 주요 글로벌 클라우드 벤더를 같은 기준으로 나란히 놓고, "이 상황에서 무엇을 선택해야 하는가"를 돕습니다. 모든 내용은 벤더 공식 문서와 업계 표준(NIST, CNCF, FinOps Foundation)을 근거로 하며, 개인 의견이나 추측은 배제합니다.

클라우드를 처음 접하는 분부터 멀티클라우드 아키텍처를 설계하는 분까지, 각자의 수준과 목적에 맞는 읽기 경로를 제공합니다.

> CloudPick의 제1원칙입니다. 모든 기여자는 이 원칙을 따릅니다.

* **공식 문서 기반** — 모든 기술 내용은 벤더 공식 문서 또는 업계 표준 자료(NIST, CNCF, FinOps Foundation 등)를 근거로 합니다. 추측성 내용은 배제합니다.
* **중립성** — 벤더를 비교하는 내용은 가능한 한 중립적으로 표현합니다.
* **출처 명시** — 각 문서 하단 **참고하기** 섹션에 공식 문서 링크를 정리합니다.
* **변동성 관리** — 가격, 리전 수, GA/Preview 상태 등 빠르게 바뀌는 정보는 구체적 수치 대신 공식 링크로 안내합니다. 각 문서 상단에 `문서 기준: YYYY년 M월`을 표기합니다.
* **용어 표기** — 한글을 주 표기로 하되, 전문 용어나 약어는 첫 등장 시 영문을 병기합니다 (예: 가용영역(Availability Zone)). 외래어 표기법을 준수합니다 (예: '메시지 큐' ○, '메세지 큐' ✗). 벤더명은 공식 최신 명칭을 사용합니다 (예: Microsoft Entra ID). 정식 표기는 [용어집](/glossary.md)을 따릅니다.
